Shaun, We warrant our parts to be free from manufacturer and material defects for one year. This is clearly posted on our website and in our catalog. When you initially stated you had a hollow front sway bar this seemed odd because we have never fabricated one for the 300z. We get a great deal of people that call in looking for a warranty replacement or refund on second hand parts and parts that are not even ours. We also have the pleasure of informing people that have purchased so called Stillen parts on e-bay that they actually bought knock off parts made in China. The only way to tell them apart is when something like this has happened. Because you referenced Ultimate Z we were willing to look into this matter provided we had a copy of an invoice. While we are not obligated to provide you with a warranty replacement sway bar set, we are willing to sell you a replacement at our cost and throw in free shipping less an insurance and handling charge.
